Richard Jordan, King Arthur & Pierre Trudeau
Transylvanian actor Dan Vaida, was born and raised in Transylvania Romania. He has trained in Bucharest with great stage coaches and now he is trying to conquer the film battle field. He is also into health and fitness.
Joanna Rannelli -
Abigail (Stormy) Crippen
Joanna is a Vancouver based actor and a co-founder of Spec Theatre.
After completing the BFA Acting Program at UBC she has worked with various companies including Untamable Shrews, UBC Theatre, Seven Tyrants, BC Buds Festival, Enlightenment Theatre and Ashwood Theatre Society.
Joanna has performed in Spec Theatre’s one woman show: Sid: The Handsome Bum and in their latest show History.
Joanna is an avid believer in art that suggests conversation, movement, self-reflection and change within the community. She is continually working on her craft and is excited for what’s in store for 2018.
Joanna is thrilled to be performing in the touring world premiere of Remote Control. She sends a big thank you to the Morgan, Susan, The Cast and to David for making this all possible. Tasha Hillman -
Tasha Anne Louise Paproski Hillman, is a passionate triple threat. She has been performing since she was little starting with dance. She loves singing, dancing and acting of all styles and loves taking on different roles. She is super excited to have moved to Vancouver to follow her passion of performing arts. Some of her goals include being on Broadway and being in film and tv shows. She is thrilled to have this part and is super enthusiastic for this play. She hopes her hard work, dedication and charisma will show in her role. Enjoy the show everyone and thanks for coming and don't say you've never seen a straight banana. Thanks to my family friends and parents for supporting me.
Yasmin Pena -
Yasmin is thrilled to be originating the role of Jean Brimble, alongside Tasha, in Magnesium Entertainment's first ever production! Although she is incredibly thankful to be a part of the original play 'Remote Control', acting is only one of her passions.
She has been a trained competitive Latin dancer, singer, 'hip hopper' and (wait for it)...curler! Soon to be a graduate of New Westminster Secondary School, Yasmin has been an active performing arts student, involved in multiple plays, dance shows and choir performances over the past four years.
Currently she is completing her second and last year in NWSS's Musical Theatre Program, a program that has not only helped her grow as an artist, but as a person. Credits include; Margot in Legally Blonde: The Musical, Tess in Crazy For You: The New Gershwin Musical (School's Out Productions) and Calypso, the title role in The Little Mermaid: A Panto (Fraser Valley Gilbert and Sullivan Society). Special thanks to her always encouraging friends, peers and father. She hopes you enjoy the show just as much as she has enjoyed working with this talented cast and production team!
Dakota Vegh - IMBd*

Dakota was born in the town of Langley, British Columbia. At the wise age of three, young Dakota was watching TV when it suddenly clicked in his mind that the people inside the TV weren't actually inside the TV; they were real people doing these things. That's when he knew what he wanted to do with the rest of his life.
Dakota’s most recent projects have been: starring in the short film “Text, I Love You” written and directed by Emma Young, and he also was the Stage Manager for Midtwenties Theatre Society’s original production of “Above the Hospital” This past summer Dakota completed the Fulfilling Young Artists mentorship program as a mentee, and also had the opportunity to perform for 5,000 scouts (guys and girls) aged 18-25 from 96 countries at the 15th World Scout Moot in Iceland.
This is Dakota’s debut show for professional theatre, and is overly ecstatic to be working with his fellow cast mates.
David Douglas -
Darwin & General Bull Manchester
David Douglas, who plays Darwin and Major General Bull Manchester, was born in Edmonton, Alberta. Since moving to Vancouver in 2015, for his job as a Driver Manager for SLH, he has developed new skills and passions for adventuring through BC's parks and forests, water sports, cooking, and with the influence and motivation from his girlfriend, the performing arts. In his free time, David can be found watching the sun set at one of the many lower mainland beaches.

Ryan is a film and theatre actor who loves what he does. Most of his experience comes from high school Drama class. He loves making people laugh and having a good time. Ryan is very excited to do this play because it is the biggest project he has done so far and knows it is going to be a blast.
Lynne Karey-McKenna -
Vina de Vore
Lynne was born and raised in Chicagoland area, where she studied, taught and performed Improvisational theatre until she met a Canadian who took her heart and whipped her over to the other side of the continent. Since in the Lower Mainland Lynne has performed all over Vancouver and the Lower Mainland receiving many awards for performances in such shows as Driving Miss Daisy (with the wonderful Willis Taylor), Gwendolyne, Half Life, The Little Years, and more. Lynne can currently be seen live in Funny Money with Royal Canadian Theatre Company at the Surrey Arts Centre, The Anvil in New Westminster, and The Metro in Burnaby. Lynne is thrilled to be working with such talented and dedicated people to support David’s dream of bringing his multi-media production to life.
Kevin Sloan -
Kevin has been acting all over the lower mainland since 2001. This is his first dual theatre/film project and hopes to continue it. Kevin enjoys acting a great deal and is grateful to have met and worked with such a talented cast. Enjoy the show!
Deborah Vieyra -
Deborah Vieyra is a recent transplant from South Africa. In Cape Town, she performed in various theatres in the city, and was part of the repertory theatre company, The Mechanicals. In 2010, she travelled to Dublin to perform in Artscape’s production of The Myth of Andrew and Jo, for which she was nominated for Best Actress at the Absolut Gay and Lesbian Festival. She holds a BA in Theatre and Performance from the University of Cape Town, and a MA in Applied Theatre Arts from the University of Southern California. She is currently rehearsing for Metro Theatre’s production of She Stoops to Conquer, and is very excited to be a part of the Vancouver theatre scene!

Wayne is an entrepreneur, producer and writer who works with filmmakers and artists to help them succeed in bringing their visions to life. Wayne believes that working with passionate individuals, coupled with a solid game plan and great leadership (that fosters a collaborative work environment) can always lead to great things. Wayne has garnered success in leading teams over the past two decades with an extensive customer service /sales and managing background and he knows what it takes to push through the pressure to succeed.
Wayne’s passion for film sparked from his love of commercials at a young age. He first produced and directed a Doritos (contest) commercial in 2010 and landed himself in the top 10 nationwide. His love for film carried him to the Vancouver Film School in 2016 as a student to further his producing career and is now a recent graduate as of June 2017.
Wayne holds a diploma in Culinary Arts & has a background in Petroleum Engineering Technology both from S.A.I.T. Through his academic journey He has also completed his PMI – Project Management Course through MRU.
Willis Taylor - IMBd*
Willis is currently a Drama teacher at Yale Secondary School. He is a veteran director of a host of High School and Community Theatre productions such as; The Foreigner (First Light Theatre) and “Egad the Woman in White” (Heritage Valley). He has been lucky enough to be a part of the Young Vic Theatre Company in Waterloo England where he first fell in love with acting. When he’s not acting he’s often seen singing and picking a guitar at the Yorkshire Rose where he’s a solid fixture at Sunday Night Blues .
Willis has also written for Pacific Theatre’s " Pacific Salt Company" and was an actor in their first Community show "Hearts and Bones," along with award winning actress and Abbotsford resident Erla Faye Forsyth. He was last seen Acting in fraser valley stages "Best of the Half Monty" and Won best actor Province wide (Theatre B.C.) for Gallery 7 Theatre’s award winning (Best play, actor, actress, and tech) production of “Driving Miss Daisy” which also won him the Best Actor award for the Fraser Valley Zone at the 2004 Theatre BC festival. He lives with his lovely wife on Sumas Mountain in Abbotsford.
Morgan Hannah -

Morgan Hannah is excited to take part in her second theatrical performance, this time behind the scenes! Morgan has taken on many roles within the production, including Assistant Stage Manager, makeup and costume artist and Anne Murray; she is eager to show what she can do! Morgan lives in New Westminster where she attends Douglas College for Creative Writing - a very silly class of playwrights, authors and actors and is best known for her warm and enthusiastic energy.
